Renee comes with over 14 years' experience in healthcare, from providing hands on nursing care to managing critical and complex cases within the community. Having worked closely with medical practitioners, including after hour support for multiple health districts, Renee understands the needs, businesses and schedules of many health professionals.

Since transitioning to the finance industry and joining Medi Financial, Renee has developed a comprehensive understanding of financial structures and lending options for medical practitioners. As well as supporting her customers, Renee provides managerial support, business development and administration within her team. Working alongside Medi Financial Partner (and husband) Chris Lahoud, Renee also supports a number of hospitals, association affiliations and event management. 

Outside of work, Renee enjoys finding time for creative outlets, such as playing chess, gardening, musical production or classic ballet training.
